Angel Brothers was given notice to proceed to construction for Segment C2 , from Cinnamon Run to Carlton Woods Creekside Drive, on March 14, 2011. Additional improvements will include the deployment of a Changeable Lane Assignment Signal System (CLASS) at the intersection of Kuykendahl Road at Louetta Road. CLASS provides the ability to integrate operations between the traffic signal control system and the CLASS application allowing lane assignments to change with the traffic patterns for better intersection management.
