Mangum-Howell Center Hosts Spring Bouquet Crafts Bookmark

Call 281-591-7830 or come by the Center to register and pick up the supply list for the class. A $2 suggested donation is requested to help defray the cost of additional supplies.

Mangum-Howell Center’s free intergenerational programs are part of Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner R. Jack Cagle’s educational and recreational commitment to Harris County residents. Mangum-Howell Center is a Precinct 4 community center located in Doss Park at 2500 Frick Road, Houston 77038. Center hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Harris County Precinct 4 programs serve people of all ages, regardless of socioeconomic level, race, color, sex, religion, national origin, or physical ability. Anyone requiring special assistance to participate in any program should contact Mangum-Howell Center. An adult must accompany children under the age of 18.
