Mangum-Howell Center Offers AARP Tax-Aide Bookmark

AARP tax-aide volunteers will provide free income tax assistance for low- and middle-income individuals at Mangum-Howell Center every Tuesday, March 7 through April 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and every Wednesday, March 1 through April 12 from noon to 4 p.m., except April 5. Each appointment lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Participants must bring their 2015 tax returns and 2016 tax documents to the Center. Please remove documents from envelopes and organize them prior to the appointment. Call (281) 591- 7830.

Mangum-Howell Center’s free intergenerational programs are part of Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner R. Jack Cagle’s educational and recreational commitment to Harris County residents. Mangum-Howell Center is a Precinct 4 community center located in Doss Park at 2500 Frick Road, Houston 77038. Harris County Precinct 4 programs serve people of all ages, regardless of socioeconomic level, race, color, sex, religion, national origin, or physical ability. Anyone requiring special assistance to participate in any program should contact Mangum-Howell Center. An adult must accompany children under the age of 18.
