B. F. Clark Community Building
B. F. Clark Community Building is available for private reservations seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Contact the Parks Reservation office at 281-353-4196 to make reservations or complete an online reservation form at www.hcp4.net/Parks/reservations/facilitiesform.htm.
Community Centers and Activity Buildings
Community and civic organizations can reserve meeting rooms in Precinct 4's community centers and Doss Activity Building on a limited, space-available basis Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. To check an available date, please call or go to the community center or activity building* where the reservation/event will be held.
Residents need to contact the facility directly for reservations. Reservations made in person at a community center or activity building receive priority over phone inquiries, and are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Since the precinct does not charge constituents to use the rooms, only two reservations per family are allowed in a one-year period at May Community Center. Only one reservation per family is allowed at Mangum-Howell Center and the Doss Activity Building in a one-year period.
