I understand the public dumpsters are furnished at the expense of taxpayers in an effort to reduce litter by providing a place for homeowners (only) to dispose of items not normally handled by their regular residential trash disposal service. I hereby agree to abide by the following rules and restrictions, when using the dumpsters.

1. No tires, batteries, or motor oil.
2. No paint cans, including spray paint cans.
3. No chemicals of any kind.
4. No household garbage.
5. NO DOUBLE AXLE TANDEM TRAILERS.
6. No construction or remodeling materials, i.e. roofing, wood, shingles, sheetrock, carpet, carpet padding, etc.
7. No concrete or brick.
8. No grass clippings, leaves, or pine straw.

9. No licensed vehicles (motorcycles, scooters, etc.)
10. Large objects (i.e. swing sets or camper covers) must be dismantled before dumping.
11. 55-gallon drums with lids or without lids are not accepted.
12. All nails, screws, and hardware MUST be removed from fencing materials.
13. Tree limbs must be less than six inches in diameter and no longer than six feet in length.
14. Tree limbs and fencing must be unloaded in the proper dump areas.
15. Constituents are limited to one load per day.
