Precinct 4's Community Assistance Department (CAD) is responsible for processing work orders for maintenance requests. Whether you need a street or a stop sign replaced, need to request a road or sinkhole repair, or have questions or comments about Precinct 4 services, CAD can assist.
The staff researches and responds to thousands of calls, letters, and e-mails each year concerning road and bridge maintenance and various issues throughout Harris County and Precinct 4.
In addition to processing requests for maintenance, CAD maintains current records and information on many services and agencies within Harris County and Precinct 4.
There are several ways to send a request for service to CAD:

After hours, weekends, or holidays, please contact the Harris County operator at (713) 755-5000 to report road hazards, such as blinking traffic lights, missing manhole covers or storm drain grates, missing stop signs, etc.
