  3. Speedbumps/speedhumps/rumble strips are not allowed to be installed on county-maintained roadways. 
  4. How often do you mow the roadsides and medians?
    County-maintained grassy areas are mowed on a rotating basis roughly every eight weeks depending on weather. 
  5. When will my neighborhood streets be swept?
    Our goal is to have street sweepers go through every county-maintained neighborhood at least three times a year. 
  6. Why are my subdivision streets/ditches sometimes full when it rains?
    Subdivision streets are designed to hold excess water when rainfall exceeds the amount the ditch system can handle, generally 1.5 inches per hour. The water will usually drain off quickly as the rainfall lessens or ends. Should the water remain for hours after the end of the rainfall, please fill out a work order requesting the ditches be evaluated.
