Precinct 4 recommends that reservations are made as soon as possible. All reservations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to make reservations
The Parks Reservations Office accepts reservations for all Precinct 4 parks, except for Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center and Mercer Arboretum & Botanic Gardens-please contact these facilities directly.

The Parks Department staff members at any park can answer questions relating to park rules and regulations.

Confirmation
Confirmation of reservations for a barbecue pavilion will be received 10 days after Parks Reservations Office receives the reservation request.

Cancellations
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible by calling the Parks Reservations Office at (281) 353-4196, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A group failing to inform the Parks Reservations Office of a canceled function/event is subject to forfeiture of future bookings.

Community Buildings
Reservations for community buildings are limited to a total of five (5) hours. This includes time needed for setup, the event, and cleanup.

Reservations for the B.F. Clark and Samuel Matthews Community Buildings are available only from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., including time needed for setup, the event, and cleanup. Full-day reservations are not allowed.
